
Through our relationship with a global provider, we provide a broad range of tools for conducting the psychometric tests which we carefully select according to the specific aims of a programme or an area of coaching. Frequently used tests include: MBTI, Firo B, Survey of Influence Effectiveness and the Lore Leadership Assessment.
To provide you with honest feedback, we conduct systematic personal interviews with colleagues on a manager, peer and subordinate level. In our experience we have found that we can provide more value for our clients even if an internal 360 degree feedback process in already in place. This is because the interviewees are less reticent about specific situations and behaviours when speaking directly to us. We challenge them to give very specific, detailed descriptions which help our clients and participants to become more aware of certain types of behaviour. On request, the 360 degree process can also be conducted online.
