Psychometric Tests, Assessments and 360 Degree Feedback

We can provide psychometric tests and assessments if felt appropriate by our clients and if we feel they add value to the coaching and leadership programmes.  We follow international Best Practice, use only the latest results of academic research and work with the best tools and organisations, from the national, as well as the international arena.

Through our relationship with a global provider, we provide a broad range of tools for conducting the psychometric tests which we carefully select according to the specific aims of a programme or an area of coaching. Frequently used tests include: MBTI, Firo B, Survey of Influence Effectiveness and the Lore Leadership Assessment.

360 Degree Feedback

Any feedback is valuable, but the higher up the company hierarchy you climb the more difficult it is to receive honest feedback. Company-wide 360 degree processes often merely “scratch” the surface, since there is often neither a place nor sufficient time for detailed feedback. Furthermore, interviewees often have tactical motives in mind when providing this type of feedback.

To provide you with honest feedback, we conduct systematic personal interviews with colleagues on a manager, peer and subordinate level. In our experience we have found that we can provide more value for our clients even if an internal 360 degree feedback process in already in place. This is because the interviewees are less reticent about specific situations and behaviours when speaking directly to us. We challenge them to give very specific, detailed descriptions which help our clients and participants to become more aware of certain types of behaviour. On request, the 360 degree process can also be conducted online.
