Executive coaching and the design of individual development programmes is at the heart of our service.  We are specialists in our field - not a consultancy which provides coaching as well.

• All coaches offer relevant, national and international leadership experience in top management and strategic consultancy, enabling us to be of service to our clients as top-class sparring partners.
• All coaches have at least three different coaching qualifications—this diversity provides each coach with a well stocked ‘toolkit’ to draw on according to situation and client demands.
• Application of cutting-edge methods through intensive collaboration with the leading executive coaching organisations and coaches in the USA, England and Germany as well as the London Business School. This enables us to create innovative solutions.
• We invest in the development of intellectual capital and are currently the only coaching firm in the German-speaking countries, whose approach to coaching has undergone the rigorous peer review process of leading international coaching associations - Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Our commitment is also shown by our extensive list of references and publications.  
• High transparency of the coaching measures and clearly laid out coaching processes through the Achieve Coaching Model^®, which is based on our international best practice study. Our experience is that this transparency creates trust and provides reassurance about our methodology.
• For specific coaching situations, such as onboarding, further independent studies have been carried out in order to ensure that genuinely relevant and appropriate feedback can be given in the coaching discussions.
• Provision of coaching measures at home and abroad with offices in Cologne and London. This enables us to offer international programmes and to act as qualified sparring partners for international managers.
