Central elements of a Leadership Programme may include:
- Personal skills assessment/Feedback
- Providing training stimuli through seminars as well as experience-based and practical-based training
- Self-training elements
- Establishing a network of contacts
- Peer Consultation as well as individual and group coaching
- Project work: Supporting the process of change and self-reflection In addition, we offer help in Workshop Moderation (e.g. Strategy and/or Organisation development, Conflict and crisis situations).
