Central elements of a Leadership Programme may include:

  • Personal skills assessment/Feedback
  • Providing training stimuli  through seminars as well as experience-based and practical-based training
  • Self-training elements
  • Establishing a network of contacts
  • Peer Consultation as well as individual and group coaching
  • Project work: Supporting the process of change and self-reflection In addition, we offer help in Workshop Moderation (e.g. Strategy and/or Organisation development, Conflict and crisis situations).
