Our clients are the focus of our attention.  We know that our reputation and our success depend entirely on our dedication to supporting and promoting the personal and professional development of our clients.

Most of our clients come to us because of our reputation as experienced executive coaches with top-class skills. For us this includes having a team of completely different “types” with diverse qualifications, experience and expertise. What we have in common is the enjoyment of what we do as well as our understanding of integrity, professionalism and commitment.

3. Integrity and Loyalty

We appreciate that integrity and loyalty are key components of a coaching relationship. We constantly strive to improve our standards by working with our clients, our executive coaches and everyone involved with The Coaching Centre.

The foundation of a good coaching relationship is a co-operation with the client based on trust. It goes without saying that this includes unconditional protection of privacy in every coach-client-relationship. We understand the challenges of the three-way relationship between organisation, client and coach, and know how to deal with this in a professional manner.

We are constantly on the lookout for  tools, structures and systems as well as strategic partners to help us offer our  clients even better solutions. All of our executive coaches enjoy learning, undergo further training every year and make use of supervision.
