Strategy Coaching

This service is designed in recognition that strategy is the core of every organisation and can only to a limited extent be delegated to external consultants. Ultimately the strategy has to be implemented and lived! From our experience the best way to ensure this is when executives, who are also critical for the future implementation and realisation, are actively involved in the process from the very beginning and their experience and ideas are utilised.

Sadly, changes and transformations cannot be realised with consulting techniques and PowerPoint presentations alone! Every sustainable, successful approach must include the executives at the top as well as operational levels of an organisation. This is what our experience in top management consultancy, in industry, and in individual coaching cases has taught us. Ultimately, the realisation of the strategy can only work if—in addition to having followed a sound strategic processes—organisational, psychological, political and human processes are taken into account. This is exactly what we do.

We support you throughout the entire development and implementation process and provide you with methods and techniques, which enable you to address your strategic challenges.

For this purpose we have developed a sparring partner process. This approach includes:

  • Interactive and practice-oriented workshops and learning units, which provide our clients with methods, techniques and our experience from top management consultancy and enable them to apply these themselves to their specific issue.
  • Specific application of tried and tested action-learning elements. For this we use real-life issues and problems instead of “artificial” exercises or case studies.
