Team Coaching

Our goal is to help you establish effective and  efficient teams. To achieve this, we have developed specific team coaching programmes. Successful team coaching requires an in-depth understanding of the context of the team within an organisation. This is another area where we benefit by synthesising our experience of strategy, organisations and executive coaching.

Our team coaching programmes consist of a series of co-ordinated measures aimed at increasing a team’s performance. This may involve people or groups from one or different areas of operation and/or hierarchy levels of a company.

Team coaching focuses on solving work-related problems or dealing with conflicts in order to maintain or reclaim working capacity.  It can also deal with particularly difficult external problems which the team has to face.

At the beginning of each team coaching we start with a systematic analysis, clearly defining the goals and milestones of the programme. We then develop a detailed action plan.

The benefit of team coaching is that all team members are involved in the problem-solving process. This uses the skills and expertise of all involved, whilst the strategies and/or solutions can be backed by all at a later stage. Furthermore team coaching has the benefit that the scope of the actions is clearly defined and autonomy, competence and responsibility for the actions remain within the team.

Where appropriate we will combine our team coaching measures with individual coaching sessions for each participant or certain key executives of the team. We have discovered that this enables us to cater individually to the specific needs of the executive as well as the group and provides an excellent opportunity to clearly differentiate between individual issues and team issues.  We have ample evidence that by combining individual sessions with team sessions superior results can be achieved.
