Following this, we analyse these options and systematically develop a concrete and detailed action plan. We motivate you along the way and support you step by step until you have reached your goal.

The core of this work is an adaptive, transparent and systematic coaching process. Our approach has gained international recognition and has been tried and tested in practice proven to generate measurable results.

We have analysed coaching processes and methods from all over the world and have been trained ourselves by leading organisations and top executive coaches. As part of an international best practice study we interviewed and observed leading executive coaches from the USA, England and Germany in order to study their approach. Following an in-depth analysis we discovered that successful coaches who achieve superior results, consciously or subconsciously apply a seven-stage coaching process. Based on the insights from this best practice study we developed the Achieve Coaching Model®.
